Product use
The DT (S) S238-7 series three-phase rail type electronic energy meter is a new product launched by our company. It adopts advanced dedicated bidirectional energy measurement digital circuit chips and SMT manufacturing technology, used to measure active or reactive energy in three-phase AC circuits. It uses a counter display and is characterized by bidirectional power measurement technology, anti-theft, high precision, high reliability, high overload, low power consumption, light weight, and low cost. Adopting 35mm DIN standard rail installation, in compliance with DINEN50022 standard. 7-pole width (module 12.5m), in compliance with JB/T7121-1993 standard. Widely used in circuit breaker installation boxes and complete sets of equipment.
This product is suitable for use in environments with temperatures ranging from 0-40 ° C to+75 ° C and relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
This product meets all technical requirements for three-phase electronic energy meters in GB/T17882-1999 and GB/T17215.321-2008 standards.

start
Start
Under the conditions of rated voltage, rated frequency, and power factor of COS Φ=1, when the load current is active ≥ 0.002Ib (connected through a transformer), non active ≥ 0.003Ib (connected through a transformer), active ≥ 0.004IB (directly connected), and reactive ≥ 0.005Ib (directly connected), the energy meter should be able to continuously measure electrical energy.
shunt running
Defluction
When the circuit is disconnected with 115% rated voltage and current applied, the test output of the energy meter should not generate more than one pulse.
Principle and Function
Principle and function
As shown in Figure 1, the measured three-phase voltage and current are converted into appropriate levels by their respective sampling circuits and input into a dedicated digital integrated circuit for bidirectional energy metering. The output of the circuit is a pulse signal proportional to the measured input active/reactive power, which is divided and used to drive the distributed motor meter for active/reactive power measurement, achieving three-phase energy metering. The electric energy meter has electric energy testing pulses and outputs.
This meter is powered by a three-phase power supply, and can still operate normally in the event of a phase loss (with the phase loss indicator light off indicating phase A, phase B, and phase C, respectively).
